Giveaway Terms & Disclosures

• Prize Value: The giveaway winner will receive a Ford Raptor R valued up to $120,000, including estimated sales tax (where applicable), or a cash equivalent up to the same amount.

• Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of MA, NH, CT, RI, and WI, age 18 or older, with a valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Entry Requirements:
  To qualify for the drawing, entrants must:

  1. Follow Digital Auto Refi Co on Facebook or Instagram

  2. Like & Share the official giveaway post on that platform

  3. Complete a vehicle refinance with Digital Auto Refi Co. Refinance must be signed and funded through Digital Auto Refi Co only. Refinances completed through other banks or companies will not qualify.

• Entry Multipliers:
  Eligible customers can earn additional entries as follows:

  • 2X Entries – Purchase of a branded T-shirt

  • 5X Entries – Purchase of a branded sweatshirt

  • 10X Entries – Refer someone who completes a funded refinance (referral name must be listed in the "Questions & Comments" field of their submission form)

  • 10X Entries – Purchase of a Vehicle Service Contract with refinance

  • 10X Entries – Purchase of GAP Insurance with refinance

  • 10X Entries – Enrollment in bi-weekly payments through our Equity4U program

  • Additional Entries – Customers may refinance multiple vehicles (personal or business use) within a household for multiple entries

• Loan Terms: All loans are simple interest and have no prepayment penalty.

• Drawing & Notification:

  • The winner will be chosen at random during a livestream event once 250 qualified refinances are completed.

  • The winner will be notified directly via contact information provided.

  • The winner must claim the prize within 72 hours of announcement. If unclaimed, a new winner will be drawn.

• Vehicle Details:

  • The Raptor R shown in marketing materials may vary in color, trim, or availability.

  • Insurance is not included. Digital Auto Refi Co is not responsible for insuring the vehicle.

  • Once the title is transferred and the vehicle is delivered, Digital Auto Refi Co holds no further liability.

• Communication Consent:
  By submitting your information through the entry form, you consent to be contacted via email, phone call, text, or other methods by Digital Auto Refi Co and its affiliates. Entrants may not unsubscribe from communication during the duration of the promotion if they wish to remain eligible.

• Social Engagement Clause:
  Entrants must remain followers of the Facebook or Instagram page and keep the giveaway post liked and shared through the duration of the campaign to remain eligible.

• Modifications & Cancellations:
  Digital Auto Refi Co reserves the right to change, modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
