Electronic Consent: Consent to Receive Information Electronically

The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act requires users of this Site who submit a Contact Form (“you” or “your”) to consent to receive certain disclosures electronically. Please read this disclosure and consent carefully and retain a copy of this document for your records.

ELECTRONIC RECORDS

Some communications and disclosures by Digital Auto Refi Co LLC (“Digital Auto Refi Co,” “we,” or “us”) on our behalf and on behalf of participating banks, finance companies, and credit unions (hereafter referred to as “Lenders”) in connection with your credit inquiry and any subsequent loan application are conducted electronically.

If you apply to a Lender through our platform, the Lender may also communicate with you and provide disclosures to you electronically. To access, receive, and retain required notices and documents (including privacy notices, loan documents, adverse action notices, and other transaction-related information), you must meet the system requirements outlined below.

If you prefer a paper copy of any documents provided in connection with your credit inquiry or refinance process, you may contact Digital Auto Refi Co LLC in writing at the address above or by email at support@darcautosales.com. We do not currently charge a fee for sending paper copies, but we reserve the right to do so in the future. Be sure to specify which documents you are requesting.

We or a Lender may also provide documents in paper format if required by law or at our discretion. We reserve the right to terminate electronic delivery at any time, in which case we will send future documents in paper form. Certain disclosures may also be made verbally where permitted by law (“Verbal Disclosures”).

 

YOUR CONSENT IS REQUIRED

To complete the credit inquiry and refinance process, you must consent to receive documents electronically. Your consent applies to all communications and documents as defined above. If you do not consent or if you withdraw your consent, the process may be delayed or terminated.

To withdraw your consent, notify us in writing or by email. Your withdrawal is effective only after a reasonable processing period. Note: certain Verbal Disclosures may still be delivered via phone where allowed.

If you apply through a Lender, you may withdraw consent with that Lender using their contact information.

 

CONSENT TO RECEIVE DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY

By using this service, you consent to receive documents electronically and agree that electronic disclosures meet all legal requirements for written communication.

 

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

To receive and retain electronic documents, you will need:

• A computer, mobile device, or tablet with internet access

• A current web browser that supports HTTPS

• PDF reader software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader)

• A valid email address

• A printer or sufficient storage space to save PDF documents

Accessing this page confirms your system meets these requirements.

If system requirements change, we will notify you. You may withdraw your consent or upgrade your system as needed. Lenders may have separate system requirements, and will notify you directly if different.

 

COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENT RETENTION

After your refinance is completed, you will receive an email link to access your signed loan documents through a secure portal. Documents will be available in the portal for 30 days.

You can print or save these documents. To retain a copy, you must have the necessary hardware and software to download or print PDF files.

• Affirmatively consent to Digital Auto Refi Co LLC and any Lender providing documents electronically

• Confirm that your device meets the hardware/software requirements and that you have a valid email address

• Agree to access your documents through a secure portal provided via email

If you do not click to accept, you are not consenting to receive electronic documents and your transaction will be terminated.
